3.55 Newmarket: Sylvestris 1pt win lay Debut form makes this one the one to beat however a handful of newcomers who could be better than these and with a few in opposition I think that Raiph Beckett's horse is one for the lay pile at the expected prices IMO.

Re: Lay of the Day - Saturday 31st July MIDNIGHT RIDER 2.40 Doncaster. Place Lay. Done nothing wrong in 2 starts and open to find a little more improvement again today. However, goes up against a few very unexposed types who are expected to pay their ways, so with being a very short looking 1/3 in te palce market with 2 places up for grabs, the value lies with going with the unexposed nature of the race. I also like the fact that their could be a strange pace to the race with so many unexpoed runners. Could win, and win well, but the value lies in the place market, irrespective of the end result.
