Gordon Elliott holds the key to this jumps meeting yet again. A trainer in top form, sends 5 more over from Ireland to run here. Has a fantastic record at the track, 10 from 28 this season but split down further, 7 from 16 in hurdles races. 4 of his 5 runners today are over the smaller obstacles and every one of his 5 are priced at 2/1 or lower. Certainly no great value around but possible perm in trebles could be the answer:unsure Of the 5, the first would be the one to get stuck into. Definite All Star will love the ground and this opposition doesn't look up to much. At 11/8, worth a few bob.

Re: Perth 11/7 I think it's significant that Donald McCain has 4 runners at Stratford, none at Perth, but Jason McGuire has gone to Perth to ride for Elliot. There will be additional value in non-Elliot horses, and, the stats tell us that at least one or two of Elliots would normally be turned over, finding the chink in his armour is the real search. Doubles and trebles on the Elliot horses would seem to be the most obvious way to go.
