Re: Rugby League: Super League Round 19 & Co-op Championships Two for me tonight

Hull KR (+6) to beat Huddersfield (Half Time Handicap) @ 2.00 (Skybet) 2/5 The less adventurous amongst you may prefer the 1.75 +6.5 available with Bwin for this one. 13 from 18 HT wins with a 6 start for KR and they lie in an impressive 2nd place on a HT h’cap table (11-2-5 record). KR’s poor away record should see Huddersfield victorious overall, but I’ll take a chance on KR keeping to within 1 score for the half time hooter.

Hull FC v Catalans – Total Points – Under 48.5 @ 1.83 (Various) 3/5 6 of 8 Hull homes have been under this line while 7 of Catalans’ 10 aways have as well. McGuire & Greenshields returns' to fitness for Catalans should mean an improved performance but overall I fancy an unders here. I feel the strengths of both sides lie in their respective packs (Fitzgibbon, Dowes, Cusack, Tickle, Manu, Ferriol, Guisset, Elima, Johnson etc.) and hopefully this can help the game turn into a bit of an arm wrestle. The weather’s no help but I’ll take the chance.

GL all :hope :ok

Re: Rugby League: Super League Round 19 & Co-op Championships Crackin' and ballsy unders pick at hull. :clap Over 52 pts @ 5/6 ladbrokes.. Quins v Wigan. Conditions spot on, and both sides in huge points fests in recent games played in this weather. 7 of Quins' last 9 covered 52, and Pies' last 5 also. wigan -10 @ 4/5 ppower. Quins caused a sensation when winning at the JJB, but have since reverted to type with poor displays and big losses recently. Wigan still sore from loss to Saints last week, will want to recover their mojo and reclaim that top spot, with their two Lancashire neighbours looking in fine fettle. Some generous anytime prices available on Wigans rampant try machines, richards, etc.. Goulding, scoring in 10 of 12 matches he's played backable enough at 4/5, but going with sam tompkins at 10/11 skybet. Playing at full back today, and will be hovering on every wigan break. Opposing FB's have scored v's the londoners in last 3 games.

Re: Rugby League: Super League Round 19 & Co-op Championships Top shouts on Wigan yesterday GH :clap One in the early kick off for me Bradford (+4) to beat Castleford @ 1.91 (Various) 2/5 Bradford to win by 1-12 points @ 3.5 (Stan James) 0.5/5 Bit pushed for time – kick off has been moved for the football to 11.30 – but fancy Bradford to get something here. Both sides are poor performers but Bradford have a slight edge on my tables, e.g. Cas have only 1 h’cap adjusted win at home this season while Bradford have 3 on the road. Looking shorter term at my form tables, Cas look to have the advantage with some better recent form but there were signs at home to Wire last week that Bradford were starting to play a little better. They also welcome back Jamie Langley today and I fancy them with a 4 start here. Think it’ll be close as well so will supplement it with a 1-12 at a decent 3.5. Will be back with anything I find in the later games, GL all :hope :ok

Re: Rugby League: Super League Round 19 & Co-op Championships Two more for me Warrington (-8) to beat Leeds @ 2.00 (bet365) 2/5 Warrington are the best side in Super League against the h’capper this season with a 13-1-4 record. Conversely Leeds lie in 12th with a disappointing 6-1-11 record and come into this game missing some important players in Webb, Leuluai and Diskin. Warrington meanwhile have Mathers and Myler returning, are at full strength, and I take them to win this by more than the 8 this evening. Wakefield (+6.5) to beat Crusaders @ 1.83 (betfair) 2/5 Wakefield to beat Crusaders @ 3.00 (bet365) 0.5/5 John Kear’s Wakey seem to be often under-estimated this season and have 11 h’cap-adjusted wins from their 18 fixtures. They have a 50% win rate with a 6 start and also have the second best h’cap-adjusted away record, second only to Wigan in Super League this season. Crusaders are also often under-estimated and come into this having accounted for the champions Leeds last time out. However, they’ve only overcome a 6 h’cap in 5 of their 17 fixtures so far this season and with influential scrum half Michael Witt still out, I think they could be vulnerable here. GL all :hope :ok
