:eekHi, I had a placepot bet with bet365 on Ascot yesterday. All my selections placed but when I checked my accounts history for the bet it had starspangeled banner down as lost? Contacted bet365 who said there was a problem between the tote and bet365. And now are saying they will just give me my stake back and wont payout the bet. Anyone have any suggestions on this, I don't think this should be allowed. Cheers Colin

Re: Help needed Ask to speak to a Manager to help sort it out if they cant help contact the Gaming Commission. And remind them your slip is a winning one the problem is not with you its with them, in other words why is their problem becoming your problem. Please update us on this. Hope it works out.
