The 4.25 is a Group 2 race and Mark Johnston has a runner in the shape of EATERN ARIA but he has a hard job on his hands as there are Group 1 and 2 winners in the field while his best win has been in Listed company GETAWAY is currently the 1/2fav and has the best overall form with no less than 2 Group 1's and 3 Group 2 victories in the past but he is now a 7y old and theres another runner who has already beaten him . FLAMINGO FANTASY has won 2 G1's and a G2 , he beat the Fav 2l in a G2 at Hamburg on Good ground getting 2lb . To my mind the key to the race is in the going conditions as GETAWAY has shown a preference for Softish going , 6 of his 9 career wins have came on ground with give in it . He has won on Good and on G/F [at Newmarket in G2] but according to the RP the stable has only had 2 runners in the past 14 days both beaten and he isn't getting younger . FLAMINGO FANTASY has also been beaten by the fav but , significantly , that was on SOFT ground and both were carrying the same weight [ recieves 3lb today ] The stable has had a winner [G2] and 3 placed [2 Listed] from 10 runners in the past 14 days .
