Trelleborg vs Mjällby Home side Trelleborg have got themselves into all kinds of trouble. 10 games into the season and they're rooted to the bottom of the table with 6 points to show for their effort. Their last game was against high-flying Malmö in the Scania derby. Malmö FF comfortably won the game 2-0 and it could have easily been a lot more. To add insult to injury Trelleborg will have to face Mjällby with their third-choice goalkeeper Carl Wachtmeister after Fredrik Persson suffered a knee injury. Mjällby certainly cannot complain of their luck. Goalkeeper Mattias Asper saved a penalty and referee Michael Lerjeus ruled out a perfectly legitimate goal that made them hold a 0-0 home draw with IFK Goteborg. Now they will be hoping their good record away from home (3 wins and 1 draw) will guide them to the first win in four games. The visitors will have the return of striker Mostapha El Kabir from suspension but will miss their top scorer Marcus Ekenberg who picked up a muscle injury in the 18th match minute against IFK Goteborg. We just do not have 11 players who are in good form right now,” he complained. Mjallby goalkeeper Mattias Asper admitted his team should be glad to get a point from a match when they were far from repeating their good performances from the first matches. After becoming the surprising team and the talk of the league, Mjallby cannot find the back of the opponents' net. “I did my best to save the penalty and I was lucky. But we really did not play well, we did not create many chances and we have some things to fix before the game in Trelleborg,” says Asper. The visitors will have problems with their style on a pitch in poor conditions. Trelleborg will place their bets in set pieces and long balls. Ugly but, as manager Tom Prahl says, it is three points what matters now. A draw is very likely here but with Trelleborg scoring an average of 0.6 goals per game at home and the visitors conceding a measly 0.4 goals away from home it's hard to really see an open attacking game tonight. Add to the fact that Markus Ekenberg is missing and the odds offered certainly look very generous. Good luck guys :) Verdict - Under 2.5 goals @ 1.65 with Stan James - 7/10 stake :hope
