2:50 Ripon - Kyzer Chief - 1pt. Won this race last year off 3lbs higher to get rid of his maiden tag. Ran well on re-appearance 9 days ago coming second to Verinco off this mark, Had a prep race 9 days before this race last year and came 5th, hitting 1.5 IR then went on to win, Hopefully history repeats itself. In form Hanagan takes the ride and i expect a bold showing tomorrow. Should be a decent price and should be in with a chance to take this again. The ground is ideal and he's the only course winner in the race which is also a positive for me. Will be surprised if he's not in the top 3 at the very least. Good luck all. :ok

Re: Ripon - 24th April 2010 2.50 Ripon Diamond blade looks a massive price with SJ at 10/1, he does have to prove he is as good over 5f as he is over 6f but lost little in defeat on reappearance when second to Grudge who ran a solid race yesterday, last year he won his last 3 races including one on fast ground. 0.5pt e/w diamond blade 10/1 sj 3.25 Ripon Bogside Theatre for me should be clear favourite, didnt get the run of the race last time out like he needs and todays field should let him do just that and that could bedangerous, he is clearly going the right way again having had a good season over hurdles and now looks well handicapped on old form, he gets 1lb in hand of My Arch for a 1/2 length defeat and that is unlikely to make the difference but getting to the front could get him this race. My arch has also been clearly hard to train and could become a bit of Musselburgh specialist. 1pt win bogside theatre 9/2 sj 1pt lay my arch
