3.05 Wolverhampton Wide open 5f sprint. Wotashirtful has been a bit costily to fav backers recently but has run with credit all starts and can hopefully go one better today with the visor refitted to try and spark a little more and could get away in front from the start back over the minimum trip. The other one I am interested in is Master Lightfoot who has turned the corner just recently, appeared to win with something in hand on turf 2 weeks ago and previously won a gritty race on penultimate start no reason to think he wont run another solid race under a penalty. 0.5pt win master lightfoot 0.5pt win wotashirtful 4.05 Wolverhampton Aegean King is a really interesting runner coming from a yard that is renowned for landing some nice touches and this one looks placed to do just that, he was kept to 5f in maiden company last year and failed to set the world alight and now takes a massive step up in trip on handicap debut and has been gelded aswell, current betfair market is around 5/1 mark and looks a fantastic e/w bet. 0.5pt e/w Aegean King 4.35 Wolverhampton Copperwood looks a solid little bet his attitude has taken a big turn for the better recently never wins by any big eye catching margins but the way he wins his races is very eye catching creeps into contention then asserts he won nicely last time out and a 4lb rise looks lenient and may take some pegging back if in the same mood. 0.5pt e/w copperwood

Re: Wolverhampton 23rd April (AW) 2.30 - Catherines Call Win Catherines Call won very comfortable last time out in a similar race to this at Folkestone. Is still very lightly raced and can follow up from that with a win here. Was barely off the bridle when winning at Folkestone, joined the leaders and was then shaken up slightly and ran on well.
