Super 14: Round 6

Recommended Posts

Brumbies -6.5 @ 4.35 centrebet Brumbies have shown some good form on the road and like the look of them to beat a Blues side that is not as good as they were in previous years. While they have some speed in the backline, it is not being used that way it should, but the forwards are more of an issue as they do not have the same go-forward as the Blues of previous years. The Brumbies are in form and have a very talented forward pack that has added tries to their abilities. Smith continues to be that scavenger at the breakdown, while Elsom and Chisolm should control the lineouts here. They also have the edge in the halves with Giteau and Valentine ready to control the direction of the Brumbies play. Brumbies have won the last two clashes between these sides including a 16-11 win two years ago and with the Brumbies a more talented outfit this season, like the look of them winning this game

Re: Super 14: Round 6 Nice pick AJ :clap Ranger was the difference as without Mortlock there to stop him, he ran over the top of the other centres. Alsp the Brumbies were awful at the kick offs. Conceded two tries and more possession by being unable to catch the ball :wall

Re: Super 14: Round 6 In running bet after 7 minutes 2points - Bulls v hurricanes - under 60.5 points @ 5/6 skybet Free flowing rugby I know, but 60 points is a lot to cover in 73 minutes in the majority of matches. Very happy to take this!

Re: Super 14: Round 6 Sharks -4.5 @ 2.23 centrebet Sharks have played well on the Australasian leg of their trip and have been unlicky in sme of their games. They meet the Highlanders who are coming back from South Africa and they may be lethargic after a long trip, as they suffer some of the after effects of the long trip home. Sharks may have just lost to two good teams in the Waratahs and Brumbies but should have enough to beat the Highlanders Waratahs -13.5 @ 2.18 centrebet Waratahs showed last week that when they get the ball out to their backs, they are very hard to beat and it is expected that they will continue to spread the ball around. The Force have too many injuries all over the park to compete with the Waratahs, and believe that the NSW team will play the running rugby style that they promised they would play, as they showed last week, and from here on in for the rest of the season
