Strike rate question

Hi all. I have been following something for a while but i need your expert opinion on something. For the past 2 months I have been collecting Place data for a system and I have a strike rate of just under 70%. I have data for the same system for the previous 2 years, but the data only included 1st place data. The strike rate is 33% Would it be right for me to assume that if a came first 33% of the time, is a strike rate of 70% to place just a fluke or is this about right?

Re: Strike rate question strike rate doesnt guarantee you a profit though mate, i have hit around 40% in my place thread and in profit, but thats due to the odds i back. not sure of the answer to your question though !
