Exeter - Tue 10th Nov

Recommended Posts

2.10 Exeter Finmere is an unexposed gelding that has hinted at ability in maiden hurdles to date and is entitled to improve now sent handicapping. He finished infront of the hot Paul Nicholls-trained favourite at Chepstow in January - King Fontaine - and that rival has boosted the form by winning since. He showed up well to a point at that same track last time out before weakening three out, but will come on for the run and having travelled reasonably well on heavy ground in the past (in that aforementioned Chepstow run when fourth before blundering at the last) he may be capable of handing the conditions tomorrow. 25/1 Bet 365, 0.25 pt EW.

Re: Exeter - Tue 10th Nov 14:10 Exeter The Great Alfie was well backed on a return from an absence of 17 months from the racecourse at Ayr back in September. Finished 2nd that day, beaten by 8 lengths but has to be considered as a major player today off this mark. Horse only has 7 runs to date with one win, one 2nd and one 3rd. Has won off a mark just 5lbs lower and is definately entitled to improve here today over a shorter distance than he has won and placed on. 1 pt win @ 4/1 (Bet 365 - BOG)
