Had that been by AP or Ruby, everyone would be crowing about their genius. I honestly thought he had gone off too quick but the horse galloped relentlessly and fully deserved the win. BillyHills Posted November 7, 2009 Share Posted November 7, 2009 Re: The Listener/Ellerslie George Well chuffed for the yard, you may remember I had the pleasure of a stable visit at the Mitchells courtesy of Woodys Way and KeenBeau from the DHRC, they live a few yards from the yard, was great to meet The Listener and over the moon he is back on track. He got back from Ireland at 9.15 and was met be a rousing reception from everyone. We all watched the Listener win again, and again. Robbie Henderson was there with his girlfriend, almost speechless with pride, but still saying the horse did it all! Went up again at lunchtime today to celebrate Woodysway's birthday and saw the Badger Beer Trophy that Ellerslie George won up on the bar! Mitchell family celebrating again with Sunday roast.
