3.40 Warwick Huckleberry is 4 lbs higher than when landing a novices handicap at Wetherby last season. He isn't open to the same level of improvement as some of these though, returns from a 231 day break (needed run previously) and pulled up when last seen. Ya I Know hails from a yard that are 6-16 with their chasers this season which is tremendous form, however, a combination of headgear has been applied today to try rejuvenate a horse that has pulled up on both of his last two starts. He has placed over this trip off this sort of mark but I am not rushing to back him on his reappearance at 4/1 even if making his stable for an inform yard. Fourpointone is a CD winner off 3 lb lower. He has since won at Taunton too, and is only 2 lb higher than the last of those wins. With John Kington taking off 3 lbs today he is effectively racing off 1 lb lower so is potentially well handicapped, but he must bounce back after a string of poor efforts, including when falling at Ffos Las, latest. Carnt Spell could only be described as a modest chaser at best but he does at least have a couple of wins to his name, the most recent being at Huntingdon in '07 off 5 lb higher. This season he has managed to creep into the frame at Uttoxeter and could probably snatch some place money. Overall, looks a poor race, but Fourpointone should get his own way out infront and whether he wins could be a matter of if his jumping holds up or not as he is competitively handicapped.
