Wolverhampton v Swindon + 10 Victor Chandler Since the bad accident to Wolves Daniel Nermark the rider replacement rule has worked really well for them, and they are winning everwhere, and once again they look strong tonight. Swindon have got problems, Leigh adams, the Swindon number one is not riding, his place is taken by David Norris, his form has not been bad, but he is no Adams. swindon are using rider replacement for the missing Andy Smith, but Smith does not rate this as one of his better tracks, so little difference there. Swindon have relied heavily on Adams this season, and it will be very tough without him, a lot will depend on Dave Norris, Charlie Gjedde and Steve Johnston, but for me Wolverhampton - 10 seems to be the bet. Other bookies have Wolves - 12, they COULD overcome that, but, with the double points rides Swindon will surely use, it is a bit tight. Ian, I paced a bet on Ipswich - 6, but, that handicap went to -8 very quickly. Both teams have riders missing, but Ipswich look to be the bet, it seems that Tatum and Loram are missing, and they are using r/r for walasek!

Speedway Swindon put up a great show tonight, and this was one of the best ever televised meetings, result: Wolves 51 Swindon 44, a loser.

Re: Speedway absolutely pete, I worried for Swindon tonight without Adams. even though I anticipted a couple of tacticals, I didnt think they could capitalise on them with the squad they had tonight. decided not to bet but was very close to backing wolves. great meeting though
