Spadea at 13/8 to beat Rusedski today in Nottingham open looks great value to me. In the only meeting I can find between them on grass it was 4 years ago but spadea won in 5. Its well reported how poor rusedski has been following all his difficulties and whilst he had a good result yesterday V Kucera winning in 3 I think he has a bit to go and will probably be exhausted from yesterday also. I would have priced this at 5/6 each of them so think 13/8 is massive value. Any tennis experts out there know of something I dont re this?

Re: tennis Spadea’s recent form is actually worse than Rusedski’s (only 2 wins from last 8) and his grass court record is nothing to write home about (7-8 in last 5 years). Rusedski has had reasonably useful grasscourt wins versus Lee, Todd Reid and Kucera yesterday and I don’t think fitness will be an issue as he’s had about a dozen games since he started his “comeback†in April. I’d make Rusedski slight favorite for this (just about) so maybe a small bit of value in Spadea but I’d swerve this personally. Although I’m far from an expert mind :lol
