3.50 Chester Kaolak has been in rampant mood of late and scooped a race at Goodwood when last seen. He has gone up another few pounds in the weights but the step up in trip could continue the improvement at this track, which suits his running style. 11/4 Bet 365, 20 pts win.

Re: Chester - Sat 26th Sept 3.50 Chester Kaolak has been one of my favourites this season having won from the front a couple of times at goodwood and newmarket this is a very poor renewal and is likely to get to lead these lot and dictate and is only raised 3lb higher in handicap. Kaolak 1pt win11/4 bet365 4.25 Chester Few of these ran in the ayr silver cup and they are some of the ones I have focused on, Lowther ran a cracker from an ideal draw and should find this a lot easier and clearly still improving and conditions are much more suited today with return to fast ground and has previously won round here but draw is a concern today. Also like Esoterica who again ran a great race from off the pace in the bronze cup at ayr and looked to possibly returning to form but his riding tactics certainly don’t help him get in front much but all wins have come over 7f and 1 mile rather than the 6f he tried last week and did run on well strongly so a try back at 7f is well worth a shot at a decent price hopefully 0.25pt e/w lowther 0.25pt e/w Esoterica
