4.15 thirsk Saga de tercey just keeps improving with most recently a 2nd in a hot handicap at york is effectively only 2lb higher as callan was 1lb over weight last time this is a hell of a lot easier than that! Seems to enjoy some juice aswell and callan takes ride again 1pt win saga de tercey

Re: Best bet of the day 28th Aug Going away for a few days tomorrow so will be my last bbotd bet, might as well go for a big winner and try and take this late on. 2.00 Thirsk - Baby Rock Banking on the forecasted rain as this gelding performs better on the softer ground. Couple of promising performances last year as a maiden as this trip both with A Munro on board. Shown nothing this year at Warwick, could be down to the firmer ground so i'll take a punt that the softer ground and lower mark will give this horse a sniff.
