Re: Czech Gambrinus Liga 8-10/8 I wouldn't be so hasty to back Sparta or Slavia - both started the season slowly, both freshly out of the CL, which is particularly painful for Slavia who were favourites and got eliminated due to a goal in the 4th minute of injury time! Right Bohemians Praha is a weak outfit, but will definitely park a bus in front of their goal and who knows if frustrated Slavia will be able to break them up. Sparta are at Pribram which is a similar situation. Quite surprised by a high price on Liberec. Sure, Brno started well, but are poor travellers and Liberec are traditionally strong at home - at the end of last season the price would be well under 1.5. Teplice to beat CB seems a no-brainer, although there is always a danger of a draw, but the price seems right - again, quite solid home outfit and poorish visitors.
