3.45 Beverley Requisite last run was to bad to be true won off a mark of 69 time before last on good to soft ground is only 3lb higher today and when last running off this mark was 3rd on good ground at yarmouth, defenetily performs better on softer ground, also drawn well here today 0.5pt e/w requisite 4,55 Beverley Cant split 2 in this race: Honimiere- Won in super impressive style last time out by 5 lengths and a 6lb penalty should be easy to defy on that performance, loves the good ground aswell Amazing Blue Sky- Is hatrick seeking here today and gets to ride off same mark as last time out any further easing in the ground would suit better! 0.5pt win honimiere 0.25pt win amazing blue sky

Re: Beverley 28th July 3.45 Beverley 5f sprint here in this Class 5 race with 13 runners. A big draw bias and I suggest concentrating on those drawn 7 or upwards. Lots in with chances and Baybshambles must have a great chance at a track that clearly suits. However, at bigger odds, I really looking forward to the chances of: Namir (c.12/1) - Clearly a decent horse that has been punching above its weight but today may be the day to return to winning ways. Drawn 8th of 13 and has a couple of C&D wins to its name so 2 positives there. Like the jockey booking too and a horse that can be held up or race prominently so is versatile with regards to racing position. Not much form lately but has been raced in Class 3, down 2 grades today. Couple that with a 3lb drop in the handicap and things look set up for a nice run. Record in its last 5 turf runs in this grade make for promising reading, all runs in the last 12 months: 1st at 10/1 off 72, 2nd at 9/2 off 73, 1st at 14/1 off 74, 2nd at 18/1 off 74, 12th at 9/2 off 75 when hampered whilst staying on. Off a lower mark than all of those runs so well handicapped. You do need to assume it will return to its best but all signs are good and at around 12/1, this looks a bet worth making.
