Chinese Spam artists.

If no-one clicks the links to their site, they'll be less likely to spam as they must have stats on where their hits are coming from. So would it make sense for a sticky in each forum saying 'Please do not click on spammers links'? Everytime the villians are banned they come back with an different username.

Re: Chinese Spam artists. They'll still spam, because it's a big site. I don't think people click the links anyway.
