Re: Cricket: ICC World Twenty20 Quick overview on the format. The 12 sides are split into 4 groups (A-D) where the top 2 move into 2 more groups (E+F). The top two of those 2nd groups move to the semi finals. The groups are: Group A: India Bangladesh Ireland Group B: Pakistan England Netherlands Group C: Australia Sri Lanka West Indies Group D: New Zealand South Africa Scotland All group matches are 2pts for a win and 1pt for a tie or no result.
