He crashed through the running rail 50yds from the finish whilst holding every chance against good early season 2yo Archers Road. At worst he would have been a narrow loser with 3L back to the rest, and that form will make him hard to beat here.

I have been waiting for this to turn out again. Hopefully the jockey will keep away from the rails this time. I'm not sure if it was the rails that caused it or the horse just got spooked, but the horse was definitely in with a good chance. Archers Road came 2nd against Red Jazz on Wed @ Ascot, same distance, same going. If the horse runs straight then it should have enough to win. Price available is a bit low 13/8 but with only 7 runners and 6 not having a run yet, it should have the edge. Win @ 13/8 PP

It wont be easy here as he is facing some in form rivals but back on turf he is still of interest. His first turf run was average but he then won really nicely having switched yards to haggas and he beat a subsequent cumani winner in nice style on the a.w Earlier this season he just came up short behind a bang in form rival who had been on a sequence but he still looks fairly unexposed and could go well here.
