2.50 - Takeroc 33/1 @ Betfred, Sky, SpBet Maybe today is the day to catch my favorite Snap Tie with Johnson not riding, but I think Takeroc is an outsanding value. If this was a Walsh/Nicholls combo earlier in the season it would have been 16/1 max. I know the horse was disappointing recently, but 3rd to Master Minded and 2nd to Tial Bay read well. And he was 2nd here year ago beating Kalahari King in 3rd. Off 145 he looks well treated and if he runs to form then the 33/1 will be huge. 3.25 - L'Aventure 40/1 @ Canbet, 33/1 elsewhere Off just 10st and with a 5lbs claimer this horse has an oustanding chance today. Since moving to Nick Williams from Paul Nicholls almost everytime in the places (3,2,5,3) and was running a big race at Cheltenham when falling. Should be thereabouts and if she runs to her form when 135 rated then she could even win. Will definitely stay and it looks like this race has always been the target.

Re: Ayr ~ 18th April 2009 250 Ayr - Snap Tie @ 8/1 william hill Ran a decent enough race in the English Champion Hurdle to allow him to be competitive here, finishing 7th after an interrupted run. His form prior to that was good enough to give him an outside chance and i think he pretty much ran to form. Conditions will suit today with no rain faorecast. Only out of the frame twice in 12 runs, he is consistent and should run a big race as this looks a bit easier.
