I qualified for the EMOP final on Devilfish earlier in the week and would play tonight. I found out that it is highly unlikely (95%) that I would be able to attend due to work commitments. Devilfish appear to have no 'live' support and all contact is via e/mail. I have sent numerous mails over the last two days and been rewarded by the standard 'we are looking into it' response. As the tournament approached, I tried to deregsiter and it wouldn't allow me to do so (I anticipated being given tournament dollars as on Stars and FT). I mailed them for the fifth time begging them to do something...but nothing. Eventually, I had to play. My heart was not in it, and was out inside the first hour. Afterwards, I check my e/mail and there is a respaonse from Devilfish telling me that IF I don't play a hand I'd get my buy-in refunded. Great, just what I need, a mail sent 27 minutes after the damn tournament started.:@ I don't imagine that I'll get anything from Devilfish other than a hollow apology, I am officially not a happy hornet right now:@, and will not play there any further. Sorry for the rant, but be aware that the CS is terrible.
