Lay system locks in 15pts every month

I created a lay system around 21 months ago and have paper traded it to date. Every month except 1 where it won 3.84 points, I have locked in my target of 15pts with time to spare every single month. My main problem is Ive been out of work for a long time and have no capital to get going on this with real money. I was thinking of setting up a website and giving my selections for a small fee, this way I could make some money to actually lay myself. What do you think guys?
