Re: Wolverhampton (eve) 4/3/09 6.50 Wolv Harry Up has repeatedly proven he is better than Blue Tomato and Amy Ryan, who has ridden 2-5 in the past fortnight, takes off 7 lb again. Well drawn to attack in stall 1 and a worthy fav IMO. 9.20 Wolv La Estrella has been in good form in claimers over the winter and seems to have continued to improve. He faced a difficult task last time out giving 13 lbs to a horse rated 3 lbs superior so his second placed effort was respectable. This is a considerable rise in class for La Estrella though and he runs in a class 3 handicap tonight and I am taking him on with Humble Opinion. Alan King's flat runners have to be respected and this one is top rated at 90, a mark which has been raised 4 lbs from his last win at York. he has run three times since over hurdles at Taunton and although returning from a 48-day break put in a couple of placed efforts when returning from lengthy breaks when with Brian Meehan. The surface isn't a problem as he won on poly at Lingfield earlier in his career so 11/2 looks a fair price.
