Hi guys, Sorry to bother you but do any of you know what time Quicuyo was declared a non-runner on Saturday Kelso (3.05) as I'm having trouble with a bookie about it (rule 4 deduction etc). I'd be made up if someone could help. Cheers Ratmouth

Must have been 2:07pm mate. Rule 4 was 15p in the £ for any bets made between 5am and 2:07pm. Hope this helps. :hope
