Player004
Re: 200902W1 Benchmarking - Continuation Betting Frequency I think I need to really curb my continuation betting. If not on the flop then definitely on the turn. I get caught too many times firing at the pot.
seanfaz
Re: 200902W1 Benchmarking - Continuation Betting Frequency 78% c-betting on the flop is absolutely fine - almost perfect in my book (against one or maybe two opponents)

I have been finding it difficult to slow down when its fairly obvious my opponent has a hand they aren't going to lay down. As GaF keeps saying, its only a small sample size so far but it has already got me thinking more about how I play than ever before.
seanfaz
Re: 200902W1 Benchmarking - Continuation Betting Frequency yeah if youre called on the flop you have to stop and think. Firing a second barrel on the turn can often work, but i think that should be reduced to about 25% of the time, because by checking you also get a free card to improve. Betting the river as a third barrel bluff is usually a very bad play in cash without a solid read on your opponent which is very unlikely in online micro stakes
