Cant see much opposing Optimus Maximus in this, amore mio chased home Zaynar last time out & would be the one for the forecast. 2.05

Celestial Halo looks to have a good opportunity to chalk up a 1st win of the season after winning last years Triumph. At ascot last time out, braveley tried to hold off Binocular last time & a similar performance should be enough. Afsoun won this last year but the horses still remains a difficult ride & the 4lb CH gets will be key. I think Osana might need the run & can go over a longer trip, it will be staying on at the end & i think one for the f/c. 2.35

Alan King has always struggled with his chasers here, Araldur's win last time was the 1st in about 25 chases for King. That horse earnt an excellent rating of 152 on that day beating Free World a nk. King has always said this horse is crying out for a longer trip so we will see today. Looks like Pressgang cant win on the book as Herecomesthetruth & Buck The Legend both should beat again at these weights. Massinis Maguire is the value price here & gets this trip ideally rather thean 3m recent run at kempton. 3.10

I personally think Ballydub would have beaten big bucks at Cheltenham last time out but for its fall when going very well, that form would give it a great chance today. Lightweight Hows Business could well fill a place at a decent price. 3.45

Dont like the race but a tentative selection is New Little Bric from Nicholls stable if its able to recapture its form of old. Most of these have quirks. Cant Buy Time is running off such a lightweight & has a claimer on board also, looks a good bet for a place. 4.20

I would love to see Killaghy Castle return to the winners enclosure after 659 days off the track. Nick Gifford does well here & not a bet for me, just a watching race.
