PL2008
Lingfield 16:30 Raimond Ridge (IRE) 6f is the trip to follow M R Channon this year. 342113541 is his record from there. All of his wins this year have come from such trip. There are two other Channon runners going the 6f trip today but RR offers the best form. Nawaaf runs in the 4:30 here and Bateleur runs in the 8:20 at Wolverhampton. Raimond Ridge is also the only runner of the three owned by Channon. 5pts EW Lingfield 13:40 Kochanski (IRE) Trainer M Johnston have had results at with runners going for 10-12 furlongs this year. 148112806233 10f = 1481062 11f = 3 12f = 183 Course and Distance form is 1/6, 4/5, 8/8, 1/8, 6/10, and 2/6. Longer trip should suit Kochanski. Saw improvement lto when upped a furlong. 5pts EW
fintron
Re: Lingfield - 30 Jan 09 2.10 Lingfield Bavarica has been running very well of late and deserves to take a race anytime soon. She was gaining on the winner with every stride last time out at this track, when defeated half a length over a mile and a quarter, and prior to that she was denied by only a short head at Great Leighs. She is an exciting horse to watch as she possesses a turn of foot and makes her move late on when others are tiring. Amy Baker gets on well with her and her last win infact came over course and distance at the beginning of the month so she should could go well again bearing in mind how close she's come off this sort of mark in recent weeks. General Feeling is a two time CD winner who has been put up 4 lbs but could still have a shout as he's won for Paul Hanagan before. Bavarica 5/2 SJ General Feeling 5/1 Blue Square
Verisimilitude
Re: Lingfield - 30 Jan 09 TURNERS TOUCH 1.10 Lingfield. 0.5 points each way. Hard to win with, as doesn't find too much off the bridle. Has been out of form in recent runs, but with now dropping down to an attractive mark of 55 and looking at his best form, he could quite easily go and win this race. It's an amateur rider's race and so tactics will be all over the place, so with that and knowing this fella doesn't like being hit, I think we can just stalk the pace and work our way into the race gradually. The trip and surface wouldn't be a problem and the price, at around 11s, is there to make him worthy of a bet.

Spooner
Re: Lingfield - 30 Jan 09 2:15 - Davids Mark I wrote this about him lto 'Has never raced around Great Leighs but has good form on all-weather tracks, He came back in middle October after a short break and was backed quite well but couldn't land any blows under David Probert. Was backed well again in his last run and ran a little bit better finishing 4th of 10 runners, He runs well over this 6f distance and Andrea Atzeni is booked to ride today claiming 5. He could run better again today and I don't think it would take much improvement to win this race.' He finished 5th of 12 runners that day but im willing to give this horse another chance over the 6f at Kempton, He runs much better at this track. @ 8/1 LadbrokesGutted I forgot to put him up as a danger today on here. :wall Always the way though...:\
