Re: Hereford 19/1 2.50 race Nudge and Nurdle lines up for the forgotten man Nigel Twiston Davies. The trainer has had a very lean spell finally broken yesterday with a winner at Towcester. Todays heavy ground is the main concern for this horse but it is now running over hurdles for the first time since Sept 07, since then the horse has achieved a rating of 139 over chases & has been involved in some reasonable races against the likes of Tidal Bay, Lead on etc. Running off 128 today & with the trainer finally off the mark for 2009 (he also has winners here), i think the bookies are taking a very big chance offering 33's.
