Placepots/Quadpots

I do these regularly and am usually never far off but hardly seem to get them up.... But for the first time today I noticed at Lingfield the Quadpot paid out more than the Placepot. Does anyone have any idea as to how this would be possible?

Re: Placepots/Quadpots Placepots and Quadpots are run by the tote and the payouts depend on how many people have taken part. They are both seperate pools so there is a possibility that more people will hit the placepot as that is the one most people play for! The quadpot only needs a couple of big priced winners and placed and favourites out of the frame and chances are there will be a decent payout! Hope this helps Rule :ok
