Course Form at Cheltenham

At Cheltenham, it counts for so much yet it amazes me that so many punters ignore this fact. Take the racing yesterday, 6 races in total and summary as follows: Race 1 = 1 x CD winner, which won at 10/1 Race 2 = 1 x CD winner, which won at 4/1 Race 3 = 4 x C winners. C winner at 4/1 Race 4 = 7 x CD winners, 1 x C winner. C&D winner at 13/2 Race 5 = 1 x CD winner, 3 x C winners. C winner at 10/1 Race 6 = No qualifiers To summarise......

• In the first 5 races, there were a total of 66 runners
• Of those 66, there were 18 that had won here
• Those 18 provided all 5 winners
• A 1pt stake on those 18 horses would have provided a return of 39.5pts, a profit of 21.5pts
• None of the 6 favs on the card had a course win - amazing!!!!

Ignore this stat at your peril..... Hope this helps when picking out your bets for the last day of the PP meeting:ok
