Self loathing

This is one of those nights that I hate how I played, really disgusted with my own stupidity. I know what I did wrong and thought I had learned the lesson in the past already, but I went and killed my own chances tonight in the TonyG tournament. How do you deal with your own worst pokerplay?

Re: Self loathing My own bad play is the only thing I'm aware of that puts me on tilt :$ Bad beats dont bother me, abuse in the chat box isnt a problem (though I dont like to see it) - but my own failings drive me mad :$
