Constructing a 'tissue'

How do you do yours? I understand the 'value' issue but before you can talk about that, you need to have a price in mind for the horse you are thinking of backing. What do you consider when constructing your tissue and how do you end up with the prices? I'm really interested to hear your views. It's not something I ever really looked at but would like to know more. .....I can hear Ginge coming up on the outside with a rake of information;)
