runadrum Posted October 11, 2008 Share Posted October 11, 2008 Remembering I had a small amount of money in King Solomons poker (all of 7 euros) I played an STT on there today after not visiting the site for several months. Probably just my imagination but I'm sure I have found before when returning to a site after a long break that everything goes my way for a while to encourage me (in my head at least !) to stick around. My hole cards from hand 3 until hand 9 were as follows (nb. consecutive hands, no gaps) :- A4 (flop A74) TT (Q high flop, no callers after) AT (A on flop) 33 (flop 923) 66 (after several raises called two all-ins pre-flop, 6 on river, beat AQ but lost to AJ to a straight) KTh (no callers) 99 (flop 639 - drank goose wine ! - turn was A, took out A9) from 1380 chips to 5445 in 7 hands Then the site thought that was enough and I finished second ! :lol Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

A lot of people say that first time depositors always seem to win at first and have a decent run of cards. There probably is something "sinister" going on. Mount of times iv played poker and lost to funny hands... nothing you can do but laugh. Any of use play Poker Exchange with betfair ? im looking for any tips/sytems or any thing ?
