Sharp Nephew 2.05 Newmarket (EACH WAY) Negative may be the high draw coming from stall 14 but i'm not too worried as Jamie Spencer is on board and the horse is often held up. Has won two listed races, won over this trip on the all weather and seems to be highly thought of by connections and also has a Group 2 entry. Fav's don't have a great record in this race over the last 10 years or so but 3 year olds do and this horse fits the bill on that count. Runs off a 99 rating today but could be much better than that and has won on good ground. Each way chance at a nice price, currently 25's but this is night before the race so will wait on non runners etc before taking any price.

Re: Best Bet Of The Day - Friday 3rd Oct 2008 2.40 Newmarket Pursuit of Glory comes over from Ireland after a recent easy 6L win on the polytrack at Dundalk. Murtagh rides for Wachman & i can see this one going very close. 13/2 EP wont last long.
