1.30 Midnight Cruiser was 3rd to Wingwalker on debut despite being ridden by the inexperienced Gabriel Hannon. The race has worked out well with the 2nd Delagator and 5th Mishrif winning well since. The 4th Invincible Heart was 3rd in a the race today won by Bonnie Charlie and looks nailed on for a maiden. Midnight Crusier stepped up on that NTO to win his maiden comfortably. Will love the softer ground being a Captian Rio. I doubt there will be anything in this field to halt his progress. Chief Red Cloud was very well backed for his debut but ran no race at all. No surprise to see him fair a little better in this (just took a little at 60+ on betfair -hardly any money around though). Will play small F/C with the two as well. Re: Doncaster 11/09/08 2.00 They go 1/2 the front two (Allegretto/Gravitation) and I think that is fair. Allegretto is quite lightly raced for a 5yo and has been a genuine G2 performer for most of her career. A little below her best so far this season but goes on the ground and should go well in this company. Ive backed Gravitation on her previous three starts and she has improved with every run. She knuckled down well to get the better of Folk Opera (G2 winner since) in a G3 at Goodwood - a really deserved success after decent efforts at the July Meeting and Royal Ascot. She has been given a little break and seems to act on any ground. Not many 3yo fillies make their mark in distance races, she's very likable and in my eyes she is a very exciting prospect for next season. O'Brien's two are ridden by Richard Quinn and Martin Dwyer - very unlike him to have two buffoon's riding for him. Gravitation 65% of stake 3.3 betfair Allegretto 35% of stake 2.8 betfair Plus RFC
