4.00 Baby Strange - Usually try and avoid races with fields this large but Blue Sq are running a comp for this race (See Jonesy Knows' thread) so I have had a little look at the form. Apparently high drawn horses are the ones to concentrate on and this one comes from stall 17. He's been running really well of late and will not be fazed by the large field. Only gone down by a a short head on last two races to Knot in Wood (who reopposes but is badly drawn today) and Pearley Wey. The last of those races was when rated 93 and although he's up 4 lbs for this he's clearly in good heart and may sneak into the places. 15/2.

Re: Ripon Sat 16/8/08 In the big handicap of the day at 4.00 two e/w bets for me VIKING SPIRIT is on favoured ground and looks big at 25/1 also if AJIGOLO is hard to catch right but if in the mood can go well at 33/1.
