Hand from Luton GUKPT

Its 10 minutes into level 5 on day 1 of the £1000 main event. I've just picked up the blinds (150/300) with a raise to 900 with AdQd, and have about 9k in chips. The next hand I get the same cards. There is one caller from early position, then the guy on my right raises to 1200. Both myself and the EP call the raise. The flop comes JT3 with 2 diamonds. Early position moves all-in for 2850. At this stage I'm obviously going to call, but then after a short pause, the guy on my right moves all-in for 30k. I thought about it for a while, but eventually passed. Short stack had junk, guy on my right had KK. Of course the diamond hit on the turn :wall The hand affected me for a while afterwards, but making day 2 convinced me that folding was the right decision at that stage. So, would you have called or folded??

Re: Hand from Luton GUKPT Tough one washy. I'd probably fold as you still have a decent stack. On the other hand if early position had a bigger stack say 8k+ I'd call because you're getting the correct maths of 2/1 to call for your flush draw and I nearly always play the maths. In this situation you weren't to know but you were better than 2/1 as your Ace was live but you weren't getting 2/1 on your stack. I'm interested to know how Billy TP feels about this as he's a gambler but would he play the maths in the situation I describe above?
