They are in 17th position and headed for relegation. Vissel Kobe have won their last 3 games as they look to copntinue to clim from their 9th spot. They have also won their last 2 games away to Sapporo 4-1 and 6-1. Kobe have the winning form to continue their good recent run. Oita Trinita Oita Trinita have won 5 of their last 6 at home scoring 11 and conceding only 3. They are in 8th place and just off the pack at the head of the table. They should be very happy after their home win over Urawa last week 2-0 and will look to beat the 11th placed Jubilo Iwata. Kashiwa Reysol Third placed Kashiwa Reysol will look to beat the 14th placed Tokyo Verdy side who they have beaten in 5 of their last 6 clshes. Kashiwa have won 3 of their last 5 away games where they have only conceded 2 goals while Tokyo have only won 1 of their last home games, scoring 5 goals but conceding 5 also. Kashiwa should be able to beat an inconsistent Tokyo team Gamba Osaka Last placed JEF Utd Ichihara have lost their last 2 home games as well as 3 of their alst 4 games overall. They meet the placed 4th Gamba Osaka who have won 3 of their last 5 away games. Also, they have beaten Ichiwara in 6 of their previous 9 clashes and importantly, in their alst 4 gamesd away to them Kashima Antlers 16th placed Yokohama F Marinos have lost their last 4 games, 2 at home and 2 away. 2nd placed Kashima Antlers come into thsi with a bit more form having won 2 of their last 4 games, as well as their last 2 games against Yokohama. I do not see a clean sweep of wins for these higher placed teams and I think at least one game will go against current form. Yokohama vs Kashima - draw ...are Kashima stuttering a little of late? Jef Utd - Gamba - away win...Gamba have enough fire power up front to take this Sapporo - Vissel Kobe - draw...Sapporo are scrapping at the bottom and are fighting for every point Tokyo - Kashiwa - home win...I thought draw but Tokyo have put together a few more decent results in recent weeks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
