Re: Beverley 04/07/08 8.20 - with the draw playing such an important role in deciding results at Bev I'm taking a punt on Never Without Me, drawn in stall 14 of 17. I'm ignoring his run on his reappearance as it came in a class 4 race and he has never gone well when returning from 60+ day breaks. On his next run, last month at Pontefract, he finished a respectable 6th, staying on at the end. LTO he ran his best race of the season to finish a 1.5 length second to Wotashirtful at Ripon. Although he is raised 2 lb from that race, he drops in grade here. He's gone well for Tom Queally in the past and is only 2 lb above his highest ever winning mark, so I think he's worth a gamble at 7/1 Blue Sq.
