Reasoning	Popovych will ride this year for the Lotto team as Cadel Evans' leuitenant. Popovych finished 8th last year riding for Contador and Leipheimer and I see absolutely no reason why he can't do the same again. He has very strong legs and Evans' reliance on him this tour should ensure he is in the elite group that will form in the mountains. Most books have gone 2.5 for this one which is a lot more accurate then the 5s offered here.
