ColU_FC
Well, Brian wants me to contribute more to the Strategy section so here goes. The tournament started at 7pm last night. Here's how I won it. 1. Play the Pokerroom champions league match for the Red Aces team at the same time. 2. 7pm to 8.50pm - Give sole concentration to the champions league match because it's the most important of the two games. Play the other game like a complete nutter, don't bother trying to track what other players are doing. 3. 8.50pm to 9pm - Champions league match finished, oh look I'm not doing too badly in the other game, concentrate and play no hands for 10 minutes. 4. 9pm to 10pm - Glued to the final of The Apprentice. I've watched every episode and no way poker is getting in the way of watching the final. Play the game like a complete nutter, don't bother trying to track what other players are doing. 5. 10pm - Fooooook me, I'm still in it and there's only 20 left, 'spose I'd better try and win it then. 6. 10.38pm - It's all over. PS. Every word above is true. :loon:$:eek
BAM
Re: ColU's strategy for winning a 725 person freeroll with only 1 place paid It is a strategy nonetheless, well done Dave :clap I had a similar strategy when I won the PP GUK freeroll for Brighton with 853 runners :tongue2 Though I think I was watching porn (not anything as interesting as the Apprentice)
