This horse is probably rubbish, was horrendous on latest effort .wearing eye shields & Wears cheek pieces this time round. Eddie Ahearn is the jockey which is eye catching as its normally pat Cosgrave. The other entrants don’t really stand out and there form is no better. wouldnt be suprised to see a small gamble start.

Re: Great Leighs Wednesday 28th Great Leighs 2.30 - Lord of the Reins This one scored over course and distance at this level last month, with New York Oscar one of those behind that day. Although the handicapper put him up 6 lbs for that win for a subsequent run on turf at Goodwood, he went down by only 0.75 lengths in a class 3 handicap on soft ground. He is up a further 6 lbs here but the form of his Goodwood win has been strengthened by the fact that Safari Mischief, his conqueror that day, went very close in a class 2 handicap just after, losing by only a neck to Elhamri. This is Lord of the Rein's first run since switching from Derek Shaw's yard and JP Guillambert rides for the first time, but he should have solid place claims given his recent improvements. The switch comes after his principal backers, Danethorpe Racing Partnership moved their horses, including fellow sprinters Tartatartufata and Sands Crooner, to Lincolnshire based James Given.
