Re: Norway Tippeligaen, 24-26 may Molde – Rosenborg Molde lost their first home game last weekend, when Viking was to strong. The positive thing from that game was that they finally managed to score and has now scored 4 goals on the last two games. Molde has 0-3-1 at home this season, but has been close to win some of those games. Molde will miss Valter Tomaz jr (D) and M.Andreasson (D 1game) with injury. V.Forrem(D 7games) is doubtful. Rosenborg has no wins away and has 0-1-2 so far. Played very well in last game and finally they managed to score some goals. S.Iversen (A 4games 1goal) and M.Sapara(M 3games 1goal) is starting to find their form and that is very important for Rosenborg. M.Jamtfall(A) and J.Savolainen(M 2games) is injured. Think Rosenborg should get points here and -0,25AH on them looks good. Vålerenga – Bodø/Glimt Vålerenga was very unlucky to just have 0-0 at halt time against Brann. They played a great first half and should have been leading with one or two goals. In second half they got some more problems and ended up with a 0-1 loss. Vålerenga has now lost their last two games, but haven’t played that bad. They just need to do better in front of their opponent’s goal. They have 1-1-1 at home, and should be looking for their second home win here. Vålerenga will miss R.Lange (A), J.Jalland (M), and M.Fellah (A) with injury. D.Thomassen(D 7games) is suspended. Bodø won the north-Norway derby against Tromsø last weekend and continues to do well. Not very many people had guessed that Bodø would have been on third place after 7 rounds. They have take most of their points at home, and has 1-0-2 on their travels. Haven’t played to well in their losses and it seemed in those games that their stamina wasn’t too good. But they won the last away game against Strømsgodset, with a winning goal 3 minutes into extra time. S.Theting(D 3games) J.Lædre Bjørndal(D), D.Blomgren(D) and E.Iversen(D) is out with injury. Vålerenga has the best squad, but Bodø has done best lately, a game to avoid. Lillestrøm – Ham Kam Lillestrøm has only one win after 7 games and didn’t have much to put up against Rosenborg in last game. Lillestrøm has only lost one home game and has 1-2-1 so far. The win came in last game against Viking were two early goals was enough. This is a derby game on the east of Norway just outside Oslo. Lillestrøm has to forget the game against Rosenborg as soon as possible and focus on how they did against Viking. Are normally strong at home, but they haven’t showed all of their potential so far. Lillestrøm will miss Marius Johnsen(D) and Markus Kiesenebner(M) for a long time with injury. Bjørn Helge Riise (M) is also out a few more weeks. F.Kippe(D 5games) is back from suspension. Ham Kam was only a few seconds and a big mistake away from a win against Strømsgodset. The ref gave Strømsgodset penalty on a thing that happened out side the penalty box. The Ham Kam players and staff were pretty upset after the game, but have to focus on how they played there. They were the better team but didn’t create too many good chances. Ham Kam has so far lost all their 4 away games, but has played well and should have got some points in some of those games. HamKam will miss K.H.Haraldsen(D 2games), T.Øren(M 6games), M.Pedersen(A), Tom Kristoffersen(D), Steve Cooreman(D) and Pål Strand(M) with injury. J.Michalsen(M 4games) is doubtful. R.Kienast(A 7games) is in Austria and is fighting for a spot in Austrias squad to EM. Think Lillestrøm will win this hard game here. Strømsgodset – Fredrikstad Strømsgodset was lucky to come home with a point after the draw against Ham Kam. They haven’t played to well in the last games. At home they have 2-0-1 and the loss came in last game against Bodø/Glimt. They have beaten Rosenborg and Lyn at home, but were close to loose point sin both those games. J.Riddez(D 5games) is back from suspension. A.Bergdølmo(D 5games) is doubtful. S.Fazlagic(M) is injured. Fredrikstad has done very well so far and is on second place on the table. They have been great at home, but on their travels they have 1-1-1 so far. The loss came against Brann, but they have beaten Rosenborg away. They have played well in their first away games and looks strong this season. Fredrikstad is the team that have scored most goals so far. E.Bråthen(GK) are injury. I.Fofana(A) are in France with Ivory-Coast-OL football team. J.T.Ophaug (D 6games) is back in training and should play here. Fredrikstad has played best lately and should avoid a defeat. -0,25AH on FFK. Tromsø - Lyn Tromsø got their first loss away last weekend when Bodø were to strong. Tromsø has a great defence and has only conceded 4 goals this season and only 1 goal at home. On their home field Tromsø has 1-1-1 so far and the loss came against Viking. Played well in last home game, but managed only 0-0 against Brann. The biggest problem for Tromsø so far is to score goals, and their top scorer from last season M.Moldeskred(A games) haven’t found his best form so far. Tromsø will miss Knut Borch (GK) amd K.Huusko(A 3games) with injury. A.Munoz(A 5games) are doubtful. M.Knudsen(M 7games) is suspended. Lyn played a good game against Stabæk last weekend, were there was many create chances to both teams. They lost the game in the end 0-2, but their goalkeeper E.Gustavfsson(GK games) played a great game and did some very good savings. The young Lyn team is normally not the best away team but took a great win against Aalesund in last away game (won 4-0). On their travels they have 1-0-2 so far. Lyn will miss Jimmy Tamand (D) with injury. If Tromsø can start scoring goals, they will win here. Tromsø to win. Viking – Brann Big derby game between the two biggest cities’s on the west coast of Norway. This is a game that both teams don’t want to lose. Viking played a good game against Molde last weekend and managed to be the first team to win against Molde away. Viking has 2-0-1 at home, but hasn’t played to well at home. Went early down 0-3 in last home game against Vålerenga, but played their best half at home in second half in that game and were close to grab some points. Viking will miss P.Ijeh (A 6games), P.Abelsson(D) and T.Myhre(GK) with injury. Coach U.Rösler is suspended in this game. N.Stokholm(M 7games 1goal) is doubtful. Brann has finally managed to keep clean sheets, and hasn’t conceded any goals in their last two games. They have been pretty lucky and both Tromsø and Vålerenga were close to score in those games. Brann hasn’t done to well away this season and has 0-1-2 so far. Their only point came against Tromsø in their last away game and they lost big to Stabæk and Aalesund. Brann will miss A.Björnsson(A) and T.F.Ludvigsen(M) with injury. H.Opdahl(GK 5games) is doubtful. G.Einarsson(M 6games 1goal) is suspended. Open game, but Viking are favourites in my eyes. Homewin. Stabæk – Aalesund Stabæk is still unbeaten and is leading after 7 games. They have won all 3 home games against good teams, but this should be easiest game at home so far. They have a very strong midfield and on top D.Nannskog(A 7games 5goals) and V.Gunnarsson(A 7games 1goal) is always dangerous. They have decided to sell their midfield S.Tchoyi(M 6games 1goal) to Red Bull Salzburg in Austria and he will leave in the summer. H.Hauger(M) is injured. Aalesund has lost 5 of 7 games so far and all 4 away games are lost. Got big problems in last away game last weekend were Fredrikstad trashed them with five goals. Normally not very strong away and here they will meet the best team in Tippeligaen at the moment. Aalesund plays at home on artificial grass, but here they will have to play on normal grass and that don’t benefit them either. B.Kibebe (D games) is back from suspension. G.Bahoken(M) and A.Brown(GK 6games) is injuryed. I can’t see anything then a home win here. Should be big different on these teams at the moment.

Re: Norway Tippeligaen, 24-26 may As usual, wonderful previews.... I am thinking about a combo with Valerenga, Stabaek and Lillestrom, but I guess it is not good to go with the big favorites... Valerenga is good at home, but this Bodo scares me... Stabaek simply has to win such games, if they want to win the title... Lillestrom: my favorite team before the season started, but their inside problems are making me so nervous.. Anyway, Ham-Kam seems too weak away

Re: Norway Tippeligaen, 24-26 may Vålerenga played very well last weekend against Brann and were unlucky to not lead at half time. That still have problems with scoring enough goals, but they look better this season then last year. Bodø has enough quality to score on a counter attack. T.Olsen and J.D.Sørensen will give all teams in Tippeligaen problems with their great pace. Vålerenga are favorites here, but not that game im most confident on. I think both Lillestrøm and Stabæk should win. Odds on straight Stabæk win isnt great, so might try some on handicap win. Also Lillestrøm should win, and im thinking about trying a handicap win on them too.

Re: Norway Tippeligaen, 24-26 may From E_S analysis I picked an Over in Stromsgodset and Over in Valerenga, in a double, medium stakes. Bit risky to pair games, simply wasn't happy with the odds for Over. Good luck :$:$:$:$:$

Re: Norway Tippeligaen, 24-26 may Norway - Tippeligaen Stabaek - Aalesund Pick: 1 Unit Stabaek -1 1.88 @ Jetbull 26 of May 18:00 Stabaek, Norwegian vice-champion, and current leader, have a strong begin of season and has in this game a good chance to get a interesting advantage (4 points) to the second. Stabaek doesn't lost this year, conceding only two ties outside home. At home, Stabaek has been unstoppable with 3 victories in 3 games, 8 goals scored and only 2 suffered. At the other side is the fragile Aalesund, promoted at two years ago. This team is occupies at this moment 12º rank with only 6 points in 7 games, fruit of two victories at home. In the away games this team presents a poor register with 4 defeats in 4 meetings, and scored only 2 goals, and suffered 10! These numbers help to explain that the victory of Stabaek, beyond being previsible, will not have to be for tangential numbers, we bet in a victory for more than one goal of the team that seems to be stronger in t in Tippeligaen 2008. http://apostadesonho.com.sapo.pt/BOAS%20PICKS.html
