SmallTimePunter
7.00 PRINCESS LOMI Eoghan O Neill always has some nice 3yr/olds & this could be one. 1st start was on turf at Lingfield when staying on under a hands & heels ride after running very green this was over a mile. Next start was over 1m2f, distance suited better & was beaten just under 1L, horse will have needed that run & will be much sharper tonight. ST JEAN CAP FERRAT, has looked ungenuine to be honest, & this could be too tough for this horse, imo the 5/4 is ridiculous. PRINCESS LOMI @ 2/1 is the bet here for me. 7.30 PEQUENO DINERO & YAKAMA Going appears rather on the Soft side here tonight, so in this difficult handicap im going with 2 horses proven on a soft surface. The first PEQUENO DINERO, loved the mud when winning claimer at Beverley last summer then good effort in nursery next time before finding faster conditions against her last twice; this might be best time to catch her but slight concern stable has had so few runners. As far as I can see there is no bug in the stable, so not much of a concer here with that. At the price 20/1 Available with Blue Square this looks a great e/w bet. Second selection here is YAKAMA one of the few that has 2 runs this season, so is fit enough for this. Again loves this soft ground, step up in distance should see slight improvement today, & could sneak a place. E/W 12/1 with Betfred
billy the punter
Re: Nottingham 19th April 7.30 Nottingham I selected Thankuforthemusic last week at Wolverhampton and I thought he ran better than his formlime suggests. He wasn't given a great ride by Fergus Sweeney (what a shocker!) and was a little short of room when making his challenge down the inner. Blinkers on here which is a worry but if he is reliable then there is a small 10f handicap in him. Sure to improve for the change of pilot (Sweeney to Catlin). Okanfranca was well backed in a better race than this last time out and ran ok. Willie Muir's are just starting to come into form and has to be included. Hayley not prolific for him though. Pequeno Dinero will love this going and has at least had a win. Fitness as issue but a big price. Dunlop's has to be feared, you have to put a line trough every start as they were all over a trip far too short. Big improvement can be expected this term from Kalokairi. Thankuforthemusic 30% of stake 24 betfair Okanfranca 35% of stake 8.2 betfair Pequeno Dinero 25% of stake 23 betfair Kalokair 10% of stake 10.5 betfair
