Following on from a few of the threads recently about making a certain % on each bet I have decided to have a go myself. I will be starting with a £50 bank and am looking to 'win' 0.5% (including commission) each bet with the scary stake recovery method (martingale!) if there is a losing bet. I am not looking for .5% every day, some days I won't get the chance to bet and others I am hoping for quite a few bets. I will be betting on odds around 1.20 - 1.35 which should give me 3 or 4 attempts before I bust. I am going to be betting on betmate, due to the 3% commission. Bet 1. Rangers V W.Bremen UNDER 3.5 goals 76p @ 1.33 to win 25p. Aldric

Re: Long Term Glory....... Best of luck with this mate, a very sensible approach, going for just 0.5% profit per bet. Just remember to stick to your rules and you should be just fine :ok:hope
