At the minute I am picking horses if they are the only CD winner in the field, with a CD win, at the same class as the race in question, in their last three runs. Over the past two days this system has thrown up Bridge of Fermoy, Wee Buns and Maslak as the most recent winners. The strike rate for this system is around 45 % on the AW over the past two weeks from a total of around 25 selections. Today, this system picks out three selections, but to be honest I do not have much faith in those for today. Nevertheless they are... 2.50 - Pianoforte (12/1 VC). One Night in Paris looks a strong rival dropping down in class and Pianoforte also has something to find with Arctic Desert at the weights. In its favour, however, Pianoforte is dropped 2 lbs from its last CD win (also in a seller). 3.25 - Bugsy's Boy (15/2 VC). Because of two poor runs at Southwell and Kempton on its last two runs I don't have a great deal of faith in this one either. However, I will put a minimal amount on it as it won over CD three runs ago and is coming back down the weights. 4.00 - Kensington (7/1 Coral). There are multiple CD winners in here so this race was a bit of a minefield for me with my system. However, Kensington is the only horse in the field with a CD win at this class in its last three runs, as the likes of Sedge and Follow the Flag won at class 6. As I have mentioned, not three selections to be overly excited about, but you never know.
