Anyone else having a bet on this? I wouldn't want to be touching No Country at the current odds and I'm not convinced about Blood either. The value to me looks like it's in the Michael Clayton nominees. The Oscars is not adverse to producing surprises and I'm going to gamble on this year being no different, with Clayton to surprise. Re: Academy Awards 2008 Good luck with those bets. I don't think any of 'em are going to come in though. If Michael Clayton gets anything it could be in Best Supporting Actress with Tilda Swinton. In regards pre-cursor awards only BAFTA, the Golden Globes, ACE (American Cinema Editors) and the ASC (American Society of Cinematographers) have shown unwillingness to reward No Country for Old Men.
